Do I need a physical ticket to get it?
No, we will have your name listed as a registered guest. Just check in.
What if I purchase a ticket and can’t attend the event?
Unfortunately, tickets are non-refundable. However, you can transfer your ticket to someone else. Just reach out to Lisa Williams at lwilliams@rclt.org to arrange the transfer.
Will a re-play be made available if I can’t attend?
We will make the re-broadcast of the day’s speakers available for an additional $25 fee. It should be ready within 30 days of the event. You’ll get an email when it is ready to purchase.
What should I wear? Business casual dress is appropriate.
Will food be served?
Continental breakfast items and lunch will be provided, as well as coffee, tea and water throughout the day.
